It's Bigger on the Inside

Well first of all, Mon-Wed hubby wakes me up on his way out the door @ 5:30 AM so I can search for sub jobs until 7. Between continually pressing the refresh button on the AESOP tab I do CafeWorld, Farmville, Gmail, and YMail. Then I go back to sleep if I haven't found a job for the day.

Wake up between 9 and 11.

Shuffle to the office, turn on the computer, shuffle to the kitchen make coffee, sit down, hit Facebook bring up CafeWorld, Farmville, and Home in different tabs. Set to work on those. Coffee is done, walk over to kitchen a little bit more perky, get coffee (CoffeeMate or Milk and sugar), sit down, bring up 2 more tabs (gmail and ymail), switch between all tabs. If I have time for surveys I do those while finishing up Farmville and CafeWorld, get to Vampire Wars (takes 5 mins.)

Once all the FB stuff is done, then head over to LJ to peruse my Friends Page and see what fics have been updated and see what everyone else is doing. Then when all that is done, check CafeWorld one more time, set phone alarm for when next dish is done, then play Dragon Age Origins.

For the past 2 weeks, it's been more of a super quick check of everything then right to DAO....

What a surprise! Today I got my Dragon*Con Postcard in the mail! I pre-registered at DC this year, but hubby got his and he registered right before the price went up again! Wooooo!

I'm super excited! 10 more months! 286 days left!

On the downside, 2 of the Cullens from the Twilight crap will be there.....I'm so sick of Twilight atm......


So.....who else got theirs?

I would probably be jealous, if it were close to happening. He's already used up his get out of jail free card, if you know what I mean. I still have mine, so I think he would let me use it ;)

Definitely. For me. For my husband, that would be up to him. I've considered being a surrogate, hell even and donor, and we've talked about it. Unfortunately, my BMI is too high for the companies. :( Stupid rules.....

I would totally donate/surrogate for a gay couple, esp a certain John Barrowman if I was asked ;)

I recently just returned from Dragon*Con. My camera was shitty, whcih means I have very little documentation aka 150 pics or so. That's for all four days and some of the trip....

I have decided to splurge on a nice camera and get the Canon POwerShot SX1 IS fro $500. Why? Because I have never had a great camera. My first digital camera lasted me for almost 6 years and I got it for Christmas from my grandma (my family knows nothing about tech sutff). SO it was basically a point and shoot. Last year during student teaching, my supervising teacher gave me two of her cameras because she upgraded. I'm thinking "Great!" But I took them with me this year and was frustrated by the lack of zoom and optical stability.

Thus, I inquired around at Con. At the Gay Themes in Whoniverse Panel, there was a girl behind me with a Canon PowerShot, that looked great and compacts for a Digital SLR. I asked, she told me the model, the older one out.

So I did some research, talked to some people, read the reviews and decided this one was pretty good for me. I just need something to use to get close ups of people on panels, and random photography otherwise.

SO I got this.

     So I recently just looked up Christopher Eccleston and Billie Piper's filmograhpies, but I can't access half them because I'm in the US. I found Jude and thought it was very well done, but I'm looking for Flesh and Blood to watch. I can't find it streaming anywhere, but I think I might have it another way.....and the DVD price in pounds or Euros not dollars...Can anyone help?
